Good to Know

All physical products are made to order, so we can't accept returns for change of mind on undamaged items — but we can help with size exchanges
Digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded, since they can't be "returned"
Replacement orders ship free — you'll never pay twice for the same item
If your package is lost in transit, we'll send a new one at no cost once tracking confirms it's missing
